UX Designer
Role overview
You will design user experiences for a multi-platform product running on desktop (macOS, Windows), iOS and Android. You will join an early-stage team where design decisions shape the full product journey. You will convert ideas into intuitive flows, refine complex security-driven use cases, and help build a consistent experience across platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering and founders in a fast-moving startup culture.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end workflows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
- Create smooth interactions for desktop and mobile platforms
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests to validate assumptions
- Maintain and grow a cross-platform design system
- Work with engineers to ensure design accuracy during implementation
- Use behavioral data and user feedback to refine flows
- Document design decisions and contribute to product direction
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years in UX or Product Design
- Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience in multi-device or multi-platform design
- Ability to thrive in early-stage environments with shifting priorities
Senior UX Designer
Role overview
You will lead UX for a multi-platform security and analytics product used across macOS, Windows, iOS, Android and desktop. You will define structure, navigation, workflows and interaction patterns that work seamlessly across devices. You will partner with founders, engineering leadership and customers to shape the long-term UX strategy and guide designers across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own UX strategy and design direction for major product modules
- Lead research and convert insights into navigation improvements and product decisions
- Build and evolve a design system that supports desktop and mobile
- Create flows for complex, high-trust, security-driven features
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on planning and feature design
- Present UX rationale to stakeholders and influence roadmap decisions
- Mentor designers and uphold design quality standards
Requirements
- 5+ years in UX or Product Design
- Portfolio showing strong problem solving and system-level thinking

Senior Frontend Engineer
Role overview
You will own frontend architecture for a security and privacy platform that operates across desktop and mobile. You will build fast, reliable and visually consistent interfaces that power monitoring, analytics and user interaction systems. You will work closely with UX and backend teams and will have major influence on technical decisions and engineering culture.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build key frontend modules using React or Vue
- Convert designs into high-quality responsive UI for web and desktop
- Optimise performance, load times and rendering
- Build reusable components and strengthen internal UI libraries
- Integrate cleanly with backend APIs

Requirements
